Service Description

The nurtured Roots Doula package includes: * two individualized prenatal visits * a highly recommended, however optional lactation course; in home, in person, and virtual available * Unlimited labor support * In person postpartum check in * Discounts on other Nurtured Roots services, including birth photography ($400 off) and other motherhood photography sessions, placenta encapsulation ($50 off), in person and online childbirth education series ($50-$75 off) * Access to the Nurtured Roots Families Collective on Facebook Our one to two hour visits take place in your home, typically around the 34th-36th weeks of pregnancy. If care is booked early in pregnancy, you can expect check-in texts and phone calls. We spend a good bit of time getting to know each other, go over all of your birth options and preferences, the various coping skills you enjoy and what I have to offer. For the birth, I am with you from the time you call until 2-3 hours postpartum. I like to make sure you are all cozy and feeding is going well before I head out. Spots are limited to two clients per month. Book early to make sure your EDD is saved!
